Bar Consultor | New Opening – BARRAAlirio is a recognised expert in the hotel and restaurant industry, was born in Paris and has over 28 years experience in the industry, specialising in the art of the bar.
Passionate about the world of mixology and quality service, he has forged an exceptional career, combining high-level competitions, expertise in the management of prestigious establishments and international collaborations.
Over the course of his career, Alirio has taken part in numerous bar competitions, achieving excellent results. He was a semi-finalist in the Championnat de France F.F.F.B. and took part in the first edition of the Meilleur Ouvrier de France Barman competition. His greatest achievement, however, was winning the Havana Club Grand Prix Suisse, which enabled him to represent Switzerland at the Havana Club World Championship in Havana, a landmark experience that solidified his reputation on the international stage.
His expertise in management and concept creation has enabled him to play a key role in the opening of several prestigious establishments, including two five-star hotels, Le Richemond in Geneva Leading Hotels of the World and Mandarin Oriental Geneva. These experiences have led him to collaborate with Michelin-starred and M.O.F chefs, as well as working in partnership with influential groups such as Gorgeous Group London for the opening of the Mo Bar.
Over the years, Alirio has held management positions for more than 10 years in Geneva, where he has positioned his group as a leader in the hotel and restaurant sector, offering exceptional quality services and creating unforgettable customer experiences.
After a stint in prestigious establishments in Barcelona, notably in the establishments of Javier de Las Muelas. More recently, he added a new string to his bow by managing the opening of the Blue Wave at Barcelona's Marina Port Vell for the America's Cup by Louis Vuitton. This project was a real success and an incredible experience that enabled him to further develop his skills in event management and prestige marketing.
Today, drawing on his expertise and international network, he's an integral part of the team at Unusual Studio, a consulting agency specialising in the F&B sector. This new venture will enable her to bring her unique expertise in developing and optimising offers to a demanding clientele.
